Florida Bleacher Rentals is a small family Florida company providing quality rental aluminum angle frame bleachers for temporary seating events with ongoing projects all over Florida (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola and every in between!). We can also provide seating to out of state locations depending on the size of the event. Florida Bleacher Rentals will quote larger events requiring temporary aluminum bleacher rentals outside our service area only if we can offer our clients a fair price.

Our aluminum rental bleachers are designed to be installed individually or they can be joined together to make longer sections of bleachers in increments of 21’ long for seating large crowds.

Our event bleachers are for rent in multiple sizes and layouts to accommodate different bleacher rental needs based on your event details.

5 Row 21′ Long Aluminum Rental Bleachers

21′ long x 9′ deep x 5 rows high (4’3″ high to last seat)
Seats 70 people per unit without a center aisle
Or 55 seats per unit with the center aisle way
Units can be put together for longer sections of bleachers for rent in multiples of 21′
(i.e. 105′ long 5row bleacher can contain 3 mid-aisles and seat a total of 305 rental seats @ 18″ per seat)

10 Row 21′ Long Aluminum Bleacher Rental

21′ long x 18′ deep x 10 rows high (7’6″ high to last seat)
Seats 140 people per unit without a center aisle
Or 115 seats per unit with the center aisle way
As with the 5row rental bleacher the 10rows also can be put together in multiples of 21′ long
(i.e. 63′ long 10row bleacher can contain 2 mid-aisles and seat a total of 375 rental seats @ 18″ per seat)

All Temporary Seating Rental Bleachers come with a 42″ high black vinyl chain link safety fence around back and sides for safety and code compliance.

Indoor Pool Events in Orlando Florida

Recently Florida Bleacher Rentals was contacted by an event team in Orlando, Florida wanting to install temporary bleacher seating for an event located inside an indoor pool facility. The project definitely had unique challenges as we had to carry all the aluminum bleacher materials into the pool facility and make sure the bleachers were positioned with enough clearance to keep non-competitors out of the pool. The aluminum rental bleachers used for this event were 4 bleacher sections each 21’ long 10 row bleachers, connected together to make (1) longer section of 84’ long 10 row bleachers seating 416 people.

Sarasota Bradenton Florida Bleacher Rental for Modern Pentathlon Event

The Sarasota – Bradenton Florida area recently put on a Modern Pentathlon Event at the Polo Grounds. The portable rental bleachers selected to be used for the event were an 84’ long 10 row section seating 500 people @ 18” per seat. The covered aluminum bleachers were installed under a tent to provide both shade and protection from the weather, as this was an outdoor bleacher event. The installation area was flat hard grass and the truck and trailer could be pulled up behind the installation area making this a perfect project all the way around.

Sarasota Open Tennis Tournament Bleacher Rental

The Sarasota Open has been using RBI for 5 years at this event and each year the seating layout changes to keep things fresh and add new elements to the events. The stage was added this season in between two sets of bleachers which was a fun twist on the games.

Rental Bleachers for Festivals

Rental Bleachers can be utilized for festivals of all types. Recently RBI provided aluminum bleachers for an American Indian Heritage Festival. The bleachers were used around a location for viewing of both dance demonstrations as well as cultural displays during the course of the festival. The client “dressed” the bleachers using different materials to make them go a little better with the theme of the event. RBI has provided for numerous American Indian Festivals over the last few years including our latest in Brooksville Florida as well as Macon Georgia. It is always nice to be a part of an event that celebrates culture and allows people to learn about things first hand.

Each bleacher rental project will have its own challenges for installation and removal of the rental bleachers. In some cases we simply can not get the truck and trailer close during the bleacher installation and the materials must be carried.
